What it means

P0132 means the voltage from the upstream oxygen sensor on bank 1 is stuck high, which the ECM reads as a constantly rich exhaust. It's usually a shorted signal wire, a failing sensor, or a genuinely rich fuel mixture. The car will still drive, but the bad reading can upset fuel trim, causing rough running and worse fuel economy.
