Read freeze-frame and any companion DPF codes (P2002, P2452-P2456, P2459) to see what aborted the regen.
Take the vehicle on a sustained higher-speed drive to allow a full regeneration, or run a forced regen with a scan tool.
Check the DPF differential-pressure and EGT sensors and their wiring for accurate readings.
Inspect for excessive soot sources — leaking injectors, EGR faults, air leaks upstream of the DPF.
If the filter stays restricted, have it professionally cleaned or replaced, then clear and re-test.
