What it means

P0190 means the fuel rail pressure sensor circuit has a fault. This sensor tells the ECM the pressure in the fuel rail so it can control the pump and injectors precisely. With a bad or missing signal the ECM can't manage fuel delivery properly, which can cause hard starting, no-start, stalling, misfires, and loss of power.
