What it means

P2263 means the engine computer sees the boost pressure from the turbo or supercharger falling outside the expected range — either too high or too low for the demand. The usual result is reduced power or a limp-mode derate. Common causes are a stuck wastegate, a boost leak, or a faulty boost-control solenoid or sensor.
