What it means

P2152 means the PCM detected an open (or missing supply voltage) in the circuit that powers fuel-injector "Group C." Injectors need battery voltage on their supply side to fire, so when that circuit opens, the affected cylinders can't inject fuel — leading to misfires, rough running, stalling, or a no-start. The fault is almost always electrical: broken wiring, a blown fuse or relay, a bad connector, or a failed injector driver module.
